Mr. Steven Prescott, a Certified Financial Planner (CFP), Licensed California Real Estate Broker, Father and Husband works every day for his family and communities in Lake Tahoe and San Diego. With a long career spanning eight (8) years in wealth management with Major Firms and eight (8) years in 1031 Real Estate Syndication, Steven possesses a comprehensive knowledge of commercial real estate and financial services.
Danny started his professional real estate career at Sands Investment Group where he represented private investors, REIT’s, and Institutions in the disposition and acquisition of assets. Successfully completing nearly $200M of transactional volume he realized his greatest strength was having the ability to build relationships and create solutions for clients in the need of asset allocation. This lead him to take his specific skill set to create D. Held Capital where he and his team work diligently to create win-win situations.
Logan, a South Orange County native, developed a passion for commercial real estate early on. After graduating with honors from the University of Richmond, he embarked on a successful political career at both state and national levels.
